Here at Ambisound, along with providing you with a recording service of the highest quality, we can also offer you a complete professional CD production service. Many non-professional musicians and groups have found that producing their own CD is a great way of raising money or generating income and a great promotional tool they can use to reach a wider audience. Added to that, creating your own professional CD can be a most rewarding project for any musician.

CD Production
    We understand how important every aspect of the CD production process is in order to create a professional product. Through our own in-house mastering service, using the latest digital technology, we optimize each recording for CD reproduction, we then create a "Red-Book" CD master which is used by the CD pressing plant to produce a glass master, from which your CD's are pressed. Through being in control of the production process in this way, and through our extensive experience of CD production we are able to ensure that the highest standards are maintained throughout. Clients are actively encouraged to be involved in the audio editing, mixing and mastering processes and every CD master is submitted to the client for approval prior to being sent for pressing.

Design & Artwork
    There is no point having a wonderfully sounding CD that has a poor design. All too often a CD is let down by the quality of it's artwork and printing. At Ambisound we can help you to create a visually stunning CD cover and booklet, looking after all aspects of design including original photography to create print-ready artwork. Again we are keen for the client to be closely involved with this process and most of the artwork we produce is done through close consultation. When considering producing a CD, it is a good idea to start thinking about the artwork early on as this is something that can hold up the whole production process if left too late. Of course, if you want to supply your own artwork it will reduce the costs of producing your CD. If this is the case please let us know as we can provide templates to work from and let you know the neccessary format the finished design should be supplied as.
